13. Bring to a boil over high heat then simmer over medium heat.

14. When the soup is about two-thirds full, add 1 spoon of salt and stir well.

15. Place the spinach rolls on top.

16. Turn the medium heat to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until the rolls are cooked.

17. Finally, add a little fresh vegetables and stir-fry evenly.

18. Add some red pepper for garnish (optional).
