How to make braised salmon head with tofu

If you want to make this dish well, you need to prepare the vegetables and necessary ingredients before cooking. Below we will introduce to you the method of braised salmon head with tofu. You must try it after reading it.

1. Buy the salmon, clean it, cut it in half, and marinate it with a little salt and pepper for about 20 minutes.

2.1 Fry until both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and use kitchen paper to absorb excess oil for later use.

3.2 After wiping off the moisture, put it into the oil pan and fry it on medium heat.

4.1 Fry until browned, remove from oil and set aside.

5.2 Continue to use the oil in the pot and pour in the tofu cut into small pieces.

6.1 After the ginger slices have become fragrant, add the fried salmon.

7.2 Pour out the oil in the pan and add the ginger slices until only a little oil is left.

8. Add light soy sauce, sugar, pepper and half bowl of water.

9. Then add the fried tofu, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.

10. Add the tomatoes before the juice is dried up and continue simmering until all the ingredients are well-seasoned.

11. Add cornstarch and a little sesame oil, turn off the heat and serve.
