1. Cut the green onion into sections. Slice the ginger. Crush the garlic until loose. Two spoons of bean paste, add one spoon of sweet noodle sauce and mix well

6. Put the barracuda into the pot

7. Add rock sugar

8. Simmer over high heat until the soup thickens.

9. Add chicken essence and salt to taste

10. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate, sprinkle with chives
