1.1 Place a frying pan on the stove, add a little oil, gently spread the tofu on the pan, and fry over medium heat until golden brown;

2.2 Cut the tofu into cubes, about 1-1.5 cm thick, spread the tofu on a square plate, add water, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 star anise, about 10 peppercorns, and water until the tofu cubes are just covered. Then gently shake the plate a few times to allow the water and seasoning to blend, and then put it in the refrigerator overnight.

3. Fry both sides until golden brown, cut the green onions into pieces or cubes;

4. After frying the tofu, you do not need to wash the pot to avoid wasting the oil used for frying the tofu. Add half a pot of water, add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt when the water boils, blanch the broccoli. Adding oil and salt is to give the broccoli a base flavor. After blanching, drain the water, place it around the tofu, and put shredded green onion on the tofu. It is ready to serve.
