How to make steamed spareribs with black bean sauce

1.1 Chop the garlic and add it to the cleaned ribs. Add cooking wine and mix well with your hands.

8. Take out the marinated and refrigerated ribs and place them on a plate. Wash and chop the green and red peppers and sprinkle them on the ribs.

9. Boil water in the steamer and place the dish in the steamer. Cover the pot with a lid or wrap the dish with heat-resistant plastic wrap (some plastic wrap is not heat-resistant. I bought a roll of such plastic wrap last time without checking it carefully. It melted when it was exposed to heat. If you want to use plastic wrap to steam in the pot, check whether it is heat-resistant first).

10. Cook over medium-high heat for 30 minutes before serving
