How to make apple yogurt

1. Prepare an apple. For the red kind, I recommend one with a stronger apple scent.

4. Boil about 50 ml of water, just enough to cover the apple pieces. This is for making sauce, not soup! When the water boils, throw the cranberry pieces into the water, cook for one minute, pour in the apple pieces, cover with a lid and simmer.

5. Pour in cinnamon powder and continue stewing!

6. When the apples are soft, you can remove them from the pan! It's about as soft as the filling of McDonald's apple pie. If you want something crispy, get up early! But I wanted the cinnamon flavor to be more infused, so I simmered it longer. Serve in a bowl and let cool!

7. Separate the juice from the applesauce. If you put so much sauce together with yogurt, it will probably become a soup and the taste will not be very good, so take out the juice to make other desserts!

8. Make sure the apple pieces have cooled down, then pour in the yogurt, stir, and you can start eating! Remember: it is plain sugar-free low-fat yogurt! If you don’t want a good figure or good skin, you can use any kind of yogurt.

9. What to do with leftover applesauce! Ta-da! The red wine is here! I remember when I was in Copenhagen, I drank their Christmas mulled wine glogg (mulled wine), which was added with hazelnut slices, raisins, cinnamon powder, and some kind of liquor. It was really delicious. So today I imitated the Christmas hot red wine drink, but mine is an iced version, haha. Pour the red wine into the correct glass and put it in the refrigerator to chill!
