How to make Mapo Tofu Stewed with Yellow Croaker

It would be even better if the party could be held at home. Now let me introduce to you the method of cooking Mapo Tofu stewed with yellow croaker.

1. Marinate yellow croaker with cooking wine and ginger, and soak the cut white tofu in salt water

2. Boil water in a pot, add salt and cooking wine. After the water boils, add the soaked white tofu and cook for 1 minute. Drain and set aside

3. Heat the pan, add oil, add minced beef and stir-fry until crispy. Set aside (make sure to dry out the moisture and stir-fry until it turns purple-red).

4. Add a little oil to the pan, add the bean paste and fry over low heat until fragrant

5. Add cooking wine, green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

6. Add fermented black beans

7. Add water, salt, chicken essence, dark soy sauce, sugar and white pepper

8. Add fish after the water boils

9. Add white tofu

10. Add minced beef and cook for 3 minutes

11. Thicken with starch and sprinkle with chives and pepper powder (sprinkle evenly). I didn’t sprinkle too much, so you don’t need to add it if you don’t like it.
