1.1 Soak in light salt water for half an hour, remove and drain.

2.2 Cut the duck blood into slices about 1 cm thick.

5. Put the duck blood slices into a boiling water pot and cook for 2 minutes, then remove and drain.

6. Put the pot on the fire, add the base oil for frying chili peppers, heat it to 60% hot, then pour in the mixed Pixian bean paste, chopped chili peppers and chili oil and stir-fry until the oil turns red.

7. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add in soybean sprouts and cook for 1 minute.

8. Pour into the bottom of the container.

9. Put the duck blood into the pot, stir it with chopsticks, add a little salt to season, and cook for 2-3 minutes until it is flavored.

10. Put the duck blood and soup into a large bowl covered with bean sprouts.

11. Sprinkle the fried dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns in a bowl, and evenly sprinkle the minced garlic and garlic sprouts.

12. Pour the hot oil that has been heated to 90% evenly into the bowl.
