Ingredients: 1 sea bass, 30g broccoli, 5g starch, 1 egg white

step1. Blanch the broccoli, remove the stems and chop.

step2. First make a cut at the tail of the sea bass, but do not cut it off. Cut from the tail, along the fish bones, to the head, cut off the fish, and then cut diagonally to remove the obvious large bones on the belly of the fish.

step3. Hold the fish tail with one hand and use the other hand to scrape from the fish tail to the fish head repeatedly. In this way, the fish paste can be scraped out and the fish bones will fall out naturally and can be removed in time.

step5. Add fish, broccoli, egg white and starch (no need to add water) into the baby food machine and mix into a paste.

step6. Boil water in a pot and turn to low heat after the water boils.

PS: If the fish balls are a bit big, add some cold water after they float up, and then take them out after they float up again.

step8. Rinse the fish balls in cold boiled water again to let them shrink when exposed to the cold, making them more chewy.
