1. How to make braised pork with mushrooms without water

Ingredients: Pork belly (1000g), mushrooms (150g), green onions (2 stalks), old ginger (1 piece), cinnamon (1 piece), rock sugar (25g), 1 tablespoon (15g) of salt, 2 tablespoons (30ml) of cooking wine, and 2 tablespoons (30ml) of dark soy sauce.

Method: Cut the pork belly into large pieces, cut the green onion into long sections, cut the ginger into large slices, and wash the mushrooms. Put all the ingredients into the electric pressure cooker, set the timer for 15-20 minutes, and the fragrant braised pork with mushrooms will be ready.

2. Braised pork and potatoes

Ingredients: pork belly (1000g), potatoes (two)

Ingredients: aniseed, pepper, onion, ginger, salt, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar

Method: Put the cut pork belly into the pot. Then put the potatoes and other ingredients into the pot without adding water. Stir once to mix well. Note: About 17 minutes to 20 minutes.

3. Tomato Beef Brisket

Main ingredients: beef brisket (2 kg), potatoes (2), carrots (2) Side ingredients: tomato sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, sugar, aniseed, onion, ginger

Production process: First put the cut beef brisket into the pot without adding water. Add potatoes, carrots and other ingredients and mix well. About 35 minutes.

4. Boiled fish

Main ingredients: live fish, tofu, onion, vermicelli. Side ingredients: boiled live fish, salt, cooking wine.

Method: First, stir-fry the boiled live fish with a spatula, put lettuce leaves on the bottom of the pot, then put the live fish on top, and put them into the pot together with tofu, onion, and vermicelli. Add salt (a little) and cooking wine (a little) and do not add more than 4/5 of water. Note: About 25 minutes to 30 minutes.
