How to make grapefruit grilled wings

Eating is the most basic need for a person to survive, and you can't live in your parents' arms forever. Now that you have grown up, it's time for you to learn how to cook by yourself. Today, I will teach you how to make grapefruit grilled wings.

1.1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Preheating is often seen in many oven dishes or baking recipes. Just set the oven to the desired temperature first, and then burn it for a few minutes. When the heating tube turns from red to black, the preheating is successful. The preheating time may vary depending on the brand and model of the oven. My oven is set to 8 minutes. The specific operation is: adjust the temperature to 200, top and bottom fire, timer for 8 minutes, and burn nothing in the oven.

2.2 Soak one pound of chicken wings in clean water for an hour, then wash and drain. Use a toothpick to poke some holes on them to make them easier to absorb flavor. 25 grams of grapefruit marinade and half a bowl of water, mix well into a juice and pour into a deep plate or small bowl, then add the chicken wings and mix well. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for a few hours, turning over once in the middle. You can control the time yourself. I marinated it overnight. I made it at 6 o'clock last night and turned it over before going to bed at around 10 o'clock, so that the flavor would be more evenly absorbed.

3. When preheating, take the marinated chicken wings out of the refrigerator, squeeze out the juice, and then brush some honey on them with a brush. This will make the color brighter and the taste better. Place a piece of tin foil on a baking sheet and place the chicken wings on it. After preheating is completed, open the oven door and put the baking tray in. At this time, the temperature is 200 and the upper and lower fire knobs are not adjusted. Just set the timer for another 10 minutes. (For example, the time for roasting mid-wings can be shortened to about 8 minutes)

4. After 10 minutes, open the oven door. If you are not sure whether the chicken wings are cooked, you can poke them with chopsticks. If you can poke them easily and there is no blood, it means it is cooked. Turn the chicken wings over, brush them with some honey, put them in, and set the timer for 3 minutes. This will make the color slightly burnt and give it a more barbecued taste.

After carefully reading the steps for making grapefruit grilled wings, you must have already had your own understanding and mastery. To make a dish, you need not only the method but also your patience. So, start taking action from now on.
