Ingredients: 250g prawns, 250g fresh squid, auxiliary ingredients: 50g lemon, seasoning: 3g salt, 1g MSG, 20g cooking wine, 20g salad oil, 10g corn starch. Method: 1. Cut the lemon into slices and spread it on a plate; 2. Cut the fresh squid into flower-shaped pieces and put it together with the prawns into a bowl containing salt, MSG and cooking wine and marinate for 2 minutes; 3. Wrap the squid around the bamboo shrimps, place it on the lemon, put it into the steamer and steam it over high heat for 5 minutes; 4. Put the wok on high heat, add salad oil, pour in clear soup (200g) and bring to a boil, thicken with wet starch, and pour it on the prawns. Tips for food incompatibility: Prawns: Prawns should not be eaten with certain fruits. Shrimp is rich in nutrients such as protein and calcium. If they are eaten together with fruits containing tannic acid, such as grapes, pomegranates, hawthorns, persimmons, etc., not only will the nutritional value of the protein be reduced, but the tannic acid will also combine with calcium ions to form insoluble complexes that irritate the stomach and intestines, causing discomfort to the human body and symptoms such as vomiting, dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. There should be at least 2 hours between eating seafood and these fruits.

Dry-fried prawns

Ingredients: 6 prawns (0.5 catty), seasoning: refined oil, Maggi soy sauce, tomato sauce, wine, salt, sugar, onion, ginger, garlic. Kitchenware: flat non-stick pan. Method: 1. Wash the prawns, cut off the whiskers and legs, and drain; 2. Chop the garlic, ginger and onion into fine pieces for later use; 3. Put the pan on low heat, add a little oil, heat to 50%, put in the prawns, turn over and fry both sides, after 5 minutes, add the minced garlic and ginger (be careful not to burn them), and continue to fry until 90% cooked; 4. (At this time, pour in low heat) Pour in wine, Maggi soy sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, and a little salt, turn over and fry both sides; after 5 minutes, remove from the pan and serve, sprinkle with chopped onion.
