How to prepare a home-cooked meal

In life, many people like to eat home-cooked meals, because home-cooked meals are not only easy to prepare, but also taste like home. However, home-cooked meals made by chefs often lose their home-cooked taste. Many people don’t know what dishes are suitable when making home-cooked meals. In fact, it is better to just make some simple stir-fried vegetables. So how do you make a table of home-cooked meals?

1. Stir-fried beef shreds

Ingredients: beef, bell pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, oil, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, chopped pepper sauce, ginger, five-spice powder, sesame oil, bean paste, chili pepper

1. Wash the beef and cut into 8 cm long and 4 cm wide strips. Wash the bell peppers, take a quarter of each and cut into thin strips. Cut the ginger into strips and cut the chili peppers into sections.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded beef and stir-fry until the water is dry.

3. Add bean paste, shredded ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, five-spice powder and chopped pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the bell pepper shreds, chili pepper segments, salt and sesame oil, stir-fry evenly, then serve.

2. Garlic Asparagus with Oil

Ingredients: asparagus, pepper, garlic, salt, oil, oyster sauce, spicy sauce, garlic, chili oil

practice:

1. Wash the asparagus and cut into 2 sections.

2. Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt, blanch the asparagus, and pour into a plate.

4. Add oyster sauce and spicy sauce with cold water to make juice. Cut garlic and chili into dices.

5. Put oil in the pot and turn off the heat when it starts to smoke slightly.

6. Pour the sauce on the asparagus, sprinkle with chili rings and garlic, and quickly and evenly pour the hot oil on it.

3. Stir-fried bacon

Ingredients: bacon, garlic sprouts, red pepper, oil, cooking wine, ginger, bean paste

practice:

1. Cut the bacon into thin slices, cut the ginger into shreds, clean the garlic sprouts and cut into sections for later use.

2. Pour oil into the pan, add shredded ginger when the oil is hot and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add one tablespoon of bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out.

4. Pour in the bacon slices and stir-fry over low heat.

5. Add one tablespoon of cooking wine and continue to stir-fry.

6. After the bacon is fried soft, pour in the garlic sprouts and stir-fry.

7. After the garlic stems are fried soft, pour in the garlic leaves, turn off the heat, stir well and serve.

4. Dry-fried cauliflower

Ingredients: cauliflower, pork belly, red pepper, shallot, garlic, cooking wine, oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, black bean chili sauce

practice:

1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces, cut the red pepper into shreds, cut the green onion into sections, peel and smash the garlic.

2. Add garlic into the pan and sauté until fragrant, then add pork belly and stir-fry until golden brown.

3. Pour in the washed and drained cauliflower and stir-fry.

4. Add a small amount of cooking wine and a little light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry until the cauliflower is cooked.

5. Add half a spoonful of fermented black bean sauce, salt and sugar and stir-fry until well-flavored.

6. Add shredded red pepper and green onion and stir-fry until well combined before serving.
