Method 1: Cut into slices so it is easier to cook. No need to poke holes in the slices and do not put them in a microwave oven. The water vapor produced will easily adhere to the sweet potatoes. Place the sweet potato slices directly on the turntable of the microwave oven and steam them on medium heat for 15 minutes, then for another 10 minutes. Do not steam them for such a long time at one time. Let the sweet potatoes cool in the microwave for a while before steaming them. No need to open the microwave door in the middle. The sweet potatoes baked in this way have a dry skin and are soft inside, just like the sweet potatoes bought outside, but cleaner.

Method 2: Take a whole sweet potato. Remember that the sweet potato pieces should not be too big, otherwise they will not be easy to cook or not cooked and will waste electricity. Wash the sweet potato first, wrap it with kitchen paper or toilet paper and put it directly into the microwave. As for the time, it depends on the size of the sweet potato pieces. If the heat is high, it will take at least four to five minutes.

Warm tips: 1. The baking time should be increased or decreased according to the size of the sweet potato. 2. Do not wrap the sweet potatoes directly with newspapers for baking, so as to prevent the lead in the newspaper from penetrating into the sweet potatoes and affecting the health of consumption. You can use kitchen paper towels or regular paper towels (you will need to wrap them in several layers). 3. When choosing sweet potatoes, choose those that are of moderate size, long and well-proportioned, so that they are easy to wrap and flip. 4. Turn over in time to avoid burning. 5.
