There are so many things in China, do you want to go and see them? I believe that the answer of most people is yes. Going out and gaining experience can broaden your horizons and is beneficial to your physical and mental health. When you arrive in a strange place, the first thing you should do is to try the local food. This is the top priority for you who love food. And once you’ve eaten it, you may start to miss it. If you are reluctant to leave, please follow me and learn how to make this delicious carrot, corn and meat buns.

1.1 Mix flour, sugar and yeast together, slowly pour in water, stir with chopsticks while pouring water. Do not add water all at once, because different brands of flour and different weather have different water absorption amounts. It is recommended to pour in 80% of the water first, and then add water as needed while kneading the dough. Knead the dough until it is smooth on the surface, the bowl and the hands. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment until it doubles in size.

2.2 Weighing of all materials

3.12 During the dough fermentation period. Prepare the fillings, mince the pork (do not chop it, just chop it into small pieces), dice the carrots, and peel the sweet corn.

4.21 Add barbecue sauce to the minced meat, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes (you can add more seasoning according to your own family)

5.1 Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook for a while

6.2 Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and corn and stir fry until soft

7.1 Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry until the minced meat changes color

8.2 Pour in minced meat

9. Pour in water starch, cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, then serve and let cool for later use

10. When the dough has fermented to twice its size, take it out to release air, and knead it repeatedly until it is smooth and has no pores on the cut surface.

11. Roll into long strips

12. Cut into equal-sized pieces

13. Roll it into a round piece that is thin around the edges and thick in the middle.

14. Wrap the fillings

15. Fold the pleats to make buns

16. Put oil paper, oil cloth, corn husks, etc. under the buns to prevent them from sticking, or brush oil on the steamer to prevent them from sticking; put them in the pot and let them rise for 15 minutes.

Many friends think that cooking is troublesome and are unwilling to do it. There are also many dishes that are relatively simple. Today I will introduce to you carrot, corn and meat buns which are more suitable for lazy people. You may as well give it a try.
