First, put an appropriate amount of flour into a bowl, beat in two eggs, stir the eggs evenly with chopsticks, and continue to add appropriate amount of water; knead the flour continuously to make a dough of moderate hardness; after the dough is made, knead the dough into strips, and then cut it into sections as shown below like cutting steamed buns; put the cut dough on the chopping board, and use a rolling pin to press it into strips of appropriate thickness; spread oil and condiments such as spiced flour and salt evenly on the rolled dough; then slowly roll up the dough from one side, and be careful not to let the oil squeeze out when rolling it up. You can press it from the side while rolling it up so that it will not be squeezed out. Unroll the rolled dough again, and then put it in the pan. Be sure to put a little oil in the pan to prevent it from sticking. When both sides of the pancake are fried until golden brown, you can take it out of the pan. After taking it out of the pan, use a knife to cut the pancake. This way, the delicious homemade lasagna is ready.

Tips

1. When kneading the dough, be sure to pay attention to the amount of water, and the dough should not be too hard;

2. The eggs must be beaten and stirred evenly;

3. Be careful not to spill the oil when rolling it up;
