Put the pork belly into the pan and stir-fry, then add the onion, ginger, garlic, and then add an appropriate amount of farmer's sauce and fry the sauce. Then add the reserved fish, the prepared sauce, cold water and bring to a boil.

3. Add tofu, hazel mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and other ingredients that are not afraid of stewing. The time can be longer. The fish will taste better and better! About 40 minutes. Add wide noodles, lettuce, etc. Simmer for ten minutes, then turn up the heat and serve!
