Ingredients:

1 black fish, 1 mushroom, 1 tomato, 3 chicken leg mushrooms, some pepper, some ginger, some salt, some oil, some mustard leaves

Production steps:

Wash all the ingredients and ask others at the fish stall to help descale and gut the black fish and set aside. Cut the coprinus comatus into dice and set aside. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes until the fish soup turns milky white, then add the chopped mustard greens. Add some white pepper powder.

Precautions

1. After removing the scales and internal organs of the black fish, fry it on low heat first. This way the soup will be rich and delicious.

2. Adding white pepper powder to fish soup can remove the fishy smell.

3. When stewing fish, be sure to use low heat so that the fish body will remain intact and the soup will be rich.
