Ferment until the dough is about 1.5 times larger than the original size.

5. Ferment at 30℃ until the volume is about twice the original volume, about 2-3 hours

6. Gently pour the fermented dough onto the high temperature cloth

7. Make a cross cut on the bread

8. Bake at 230℃ with water spray for about 25 minutes, then lower the temperature to 150℃ and bake for about 10 minutes.
