16. Cut it in the middle, roll it into long strips, and cut it into pieces of appropriate size.

17. Roll the dough into a mint leaf-filled dough

18. Take a noodle with your left hand and put in the fried stuffing

19. Use your right hand to pinch the folds in the middle and wrap the siu mai into a pomegranate shape on the top and a lantern shape on the bottom. Make all the siu mai at once.

20. Put it in boiling water for 10 minutes, then take it out of the pot and enjoy the delicious Wufu Shaomai
