How to make steamed hairtail with bacon and rice wine

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of steaming hairtail with bacon and fermented rice wine.

1. Remove the head and belly of hairtail, clean and cut into sections. Clean and slice bacon.

2.1 Sprinkle some salt, oil and put bacon on it.

3.2 Place the hairtail fish evenly on a large plate and sprinkle with rice wine and shredded ginger.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of chili bean paste.

5. Add scallion knots, soy sauce, chicken essence, and steam for 15 minutes.

6. Simmer for 2 minutes, remove the onion knots and sprinkle some chopped green onions.
