4. Take a portion of the dough, about the size of a walnut, and use it to make the rabbit ears. Use a toothpick to dip a little food coloring into the dough and knead until the color is even. It is best not to knead it on a light-colored tabletop in this step. I kneaded it in a basin.

5. The dough should be just the right softness or hardness. If it is too soft, you can put it in the refrigerator for an hour and then take it out. Take a spoonful of undyed dough and knead it into a teardrop or pear shape with your hands to make the bunny's body. Once everything is done, make the ears. Take a little bit of red, press it with your thumb and index finger, shape it, carefully place it on the bunny's head, press lightly, then use a toothpick to press out a groove, repeat this step until all are done. Finally, garnish the eyes with black sesame seeds.

6. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the bottom is a little golden. The top does not need to be baked until golden.
