How to use shrimp shells

1 Buy fresh shrimps that have just died, wash and drain, put them in plastic bags, and freeze them in the refrigerator (so it doesn't matter if they have just died). Take them out after an hour or so. The shrimps are slightly hard and have not yet frozen into a ball.

2. Remove the shrimp head, remove the section behind the shrimp head, and then pinch the tail with your thumb and index finger and squeeze forward, and a shrimp will be squeezed out. Pack it in small pieces according to your own appetite and put it in the refrigerator.
