How to make mushroom chicken tofu rolls

2. Chop the chicken into small pieces like we usually do when making dumplings. Dice the mushrooms and mince the shallots, put them in a container and chop the chicken. Just make it like we usually make dumplings, cut the mushrooms into small cubes and chop the green onions. Place in a container.

3. Next, beat the eggs in a container, add appropriate amount of starch, a little water, salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce (to enhance the flavor), a little seafood soy sauce, and white sugar, and stir well.

4. Spread the dried tofu flat on the chopping board, and use chopsticks (if you really can't do it, just use your hands, haha) to evenly spread the mixed meat on the dried tofu.

5. The next step is to roll up the dried tofu. Make sure it is rolled tightly so that it will not fall apart when steamed.

6. Pour water into the steamer, place the rolled tofu rolls on the steamer, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the steam starts to rise. You’re done!

7. How to cut it next is up to you, it doesn’t matter how thin or thick it is!
