Garlic Fried Pork Chops

Every time you visit friends or colleagues’ homes, you’ll find that they all have one or two specialties. But every time it was my turn, I was always short of money. You look particularly embarrassed like this, don't you? So, for the sake of your dignity, come and learn from me how to make fried pork chops with garlic.

1. Pour a little olive oil into the pan and fry three pork chops (boneless) over medium heat.

2. Fry until both sides are browned and serve.

3. Continue to use the oil pan to add the other four pieces (with bones).

4. After frying until both sides are browned, add the three pieces that were originally scooped out and fry for a while before placing them on plates separately.

5. Pour a little olive oil into the pan, add a large spoonful of minced garlic and stir-fry for a while.

6. Pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a boil.

7. Add chopped parsley and stir well, then turn off the heat and pour the sauce on the pork chops on the plate.
