How to make low-fat oatmeal cookies

1. Prepare all the main and auxiliary ingredients. I use Yuehuo's oats and honey. I like their packaging, which is very high quality. There are also some other ingredients to match them, which is more convenient.

9. Use a spatula to mix the vanilla honey and oatmeal mixture until there is no dry powder.

10. Grease the baking tray with butter and line it with baking paper. Spread the dry ingredients seasoned with honey on the baking tray and press them down with your hands.

11. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, place the baking tray in the middle layer, and bake for 30 minutes. After baking for about 25 minutes, take out the baking tray, brush the surface with honey water, and return to the oven to bake for 5 minutes.

12. After taking out the oatmeal cookies, wait for them to cool completely, then cut them into small pieces and store them in boxes.
