How to make fruit layer cake

1. Now weigh all the ingredients. When ready, beat the eggs into a bowl and add powdered sugar to mix well.

2. Pour in pure milk and stir evenly

3. Add low-gluten flour and stir evenly with a manual egg beater to form a thin batter.

4. Heat the butter in water to melt it into liquid state, then pour it into the batter and stir evenly.

5. Sieve the thin batter (sieve 2-3 times) and put it in the refrigerator for more than half an hour (it must be sieved to remove small particles in the batter and ensure that the surface of the skin to be spread later is smooth)

6. While the Thousand Layer Peel is cooling down, start dicing the fruit. I used strawberries, mangoes, dragon fruit... You can add fruits according to your preference (when peeling mangoes, first peel them with a peeler, then cut them into cubes). After cutting, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate to prevent the surface of the fruit from changing color!

7. After dicing the fruit, continue making the cream! Pour the whipped cream into a bowl and add marshmallow sugar. Then use an electric whisk to beat it into a creamy consistency. Beat until the cream has a shape (this shape means that the whisk is in a triangular shape when lifted up). It will take about 5-8 minutes (? I forgot to take a photo)

8. Apply a thin layer of oil (salad oil/butter, I used butter) on the bottom of the lasagna pan and heat it over low heat.

9. When the pan is 70% hot, pour in the batter. Pour in one and a half spoonfuls of batter (the amount of batter depends on the size of the lasagna pan you are using). Fry until the batter solidifies and bubbles appear. It is almost done and there is no need to turn it over. Put the fried Thousand Layers of Skin into plastic wrap and separate them layer by layer and put them in the refrigerator

10. After the lasagna has cooled, take it out, cut off the edges of the lasagna (for aesthetics), put it in a lasagna box, then spread a layer of butter, put the diced fruit and then the lasagna... (The process is: lasagna - spread butter - fruit)

It can be said that diet has a considerable impact on health and should not be taken carelessly. The method of making fruit mille-feuille is very simple and suitable for most people's tastes.
