What kind of porridge is suitable for patients to drink during their recovery period?

1. Wheat porridge can quench thirst, relieve restlessness and reduce fever.

2. Sweet potato porridge strengthens the spleen and stomach, strengthens qi and blood, and has the effect of moisturizing the skin and improving complexion.

3. Carrot porridge can effectively prevent dry and aging facial skin, and is also suitable for the elderly suffering from loss of appetite or indigestion.
