How to make light cream long deer pattern toast (tangzhong)

1. To make soup, add high flour to milk and mix well.

3. Take 90 grams of Tangzhong and mix all the ingredients for the main dough together.

4. After kneading evenly, wrap in butter and continue kneading the dough. At the beginning, the dough will not take shape. Keep kneading and it will become smooth in a while.

10. Take out the air separately and divide each dough into 10 small doughs of different sizes. Let them rest for 10 minutes.

11. Take a small piece of primary color dough and roll it into a thin rectangle. Make sure it is thin.

12. Roll a small cocoa dough into a long strip, the length of which should be about the same as the primary color dough sheet. Place the cocoa strip on top. A few words here: large cocoa strips should be paired with large primary colors, and small ones should be paired with small ones.

13. Roll up and pinch the opening tightly. Make sure to remove the air before closing. Roll all the dough into strips that are almost the same length as the mold and put them in the mold in a disorderly order.

14. Place in a warm and humid environment until it is 80% full, cover, and place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
