How to make hand-kneaded seafood udon

9. Cut carrots and cucumbers into strips, chop green onions, and cut boiled eggs into halves

10. After the water boils, add the udon noodles and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and rinse with cold water twice to remove any sticky substances on the noodles. Then the dish is ok.
