How to make brown sugar stuffed steamed buns

Steamed buns stuffed with brown sugar is a healthy and green dish. 1. Use a bread machine to knead the dough: Put flour, eggs, yeast powder, peanut oil and appropriate amount of water into the bread bucket and knead into dough.

2. Adjust the dough to fermentation level and allow the dough to rise to twice its size. Take it out, rub it to release the air, then cover it with a wet cloth and let it rest for ten minutes.

3. Take out the brown sugar and put it in a small bowl and crush it with a spoon.

5. Divide the dough into 16 small pieces.

6. Flatten the dough, fill it with brown sugar and sesame filling, knead it, seal it facing down, and let it rest for a few minutes.

7. Add cold water to the steamer, put a wet cloth on the steamer, put the steamed buns with brown sugar filling into the steamer, turn to low heat until the water boils, then turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes.

8. Remove the lid and take out of the steamer. The soft and sweet brown sugar stuffed steamed buns are ready.
