Homemade stir-fried zucchini

Homemade stir-fried zucchini

Stir-fried zucchini is also a common home cooking method. People who want to lose weight can eat it this way. Zucchini is rich in dietary fiber, which promotes digestion. In addition to promoting detoxification, it also has very low calories and can achieve a good weight loss effect. The ingredients needed for stir-fried zucchini are relatively few. In order to increase the taste, you can add some dried chilies.
