1. Prepare all materials.

11. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and a little salt and stir well. Add water starch to thicken the glass sauce.

12. Sprinkle chopped green onion on the arranged eggplants, pour the sauce on them, and then sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
