How to cook goose eggs deliciously and nutritiously

2. Take the goose eggs out of the pot quickly, soak them in cold water, and peel them after they have cooled.

3. Marinate, apply dark soy sauce evenly on the surface, leave it for 20 minutes, and roll it every three or four minutes to ensure a more even color.

4. Add a little vegetable oil, stir-fry ginger and garlic, pour in goose eggs, stir-fry for one minute, add 500 grams of water, add scallion segments, add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and the marinade bag to start braising. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer.

5. Prepare the marinade package: three star anises, a small piece of cinnamon, 1 gram of fennel, and one-third of tangerine peel. Wrap them in gauze and put them into the pot to stew together with the goose eggs.

6. Cook until the water is dry (at least half an hour, if not enough time, add more water and continue cooking), stir-fry to reduce the sauce, and serve.

Note: The salt should be sufficient, because the stewed dish needs to be cooked for at least half an hour so that it can be flavored.
