How to make Jia Niang Tofu

1. Chop the pork into minced meat, add chopped mushrooms, chopped green onions, starch, salt, soy sauce, pepper, and gelatinous stuffing.

2.1 Heat the pan until 70% hot, put the stuffed tofu into the pan one by one and fry until golden brown

3.2 Cut the tofu into pieces of approximately 4cm long, 3cm wide and 1cm thick. Place them on the palm of your hand and use chopsticks to poke a hole in the middle of the tofu. Fill it with the appropriate amount of stuffing.

4. Put bone soup, MSG, salt and soy sauce into another pot and boil them, then pour them over the fried tofu. Steam the tofu in a steamer for 10 minutes.

Although there are many steps to make Jianiang Tofu, it is not difficult at all as long as you master them carefully.
