How to make mashed potato lamb steak

4. Heat the pan and add oil. When the mutton is 60% hot, spread it in the pan. Fry both sides until they are browned. Turn to medium-low heat and fry until cooked (it is done when you poke it with chopsticks and it does not bleed. If you like it more tender, you can fry it until it is 80% done). Take it out and slice it (this is for the convenience of eating, but you don’t have to cut it).

5. Take a container, spread the mashed potatoes on the bottom, put the lamb chops on top, and then put the spinach on top.

6. Heat the pan until the oil is 30% hot, add chopped scallions, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, sugar, water, and a little salt. Bring to a boil, add water starch to make a thin sauce, and drizzle some sesame oil on the lamb chops.
