1. Fish Ball and Water Shield Soup

1. Using fresh Taihu water shield to make soup is particularly delicious and tasty. When using it to make soup, you can add appropriate amount of fish balls. When making it, you need to prepare 6 to 8 fish balls, 200 grams of fresh water shield, some chopped green onions and shredded ginger, and a small amount of MSG, pepper and sesame oil.

2. Wash the prepared fresh Taihu water shield with clean water and cut it into sections. Prepare the fish balls, then put the pot on the fire, add appropriate amount of clean water, put in chopped green onion and shredded ginger, then add a small amount of table salt, then put in the cut Taihu water shield and fish balls and boil them together.

3. Turn down the heat and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes to allow the fish balls in the pot to be cooked through. Then add the prepared MSG, pepper powder and sesame oil for seasoning. After mixing well, turn off the heat, take out and serve in a bowl.

2. Fish bone and water shield porridge

1. Taihu water shield can not only be used to make soup, but also to cook porridge. When using it to cook porridge, you need to prepare 50 grams of fish bones, 200 grams of water shield, 100 grams of rice, ginger and green onions, as well as appropriate amounts of table salt and chicken essence.

2. Wash the prepared fish bones with clean water, cut into sections, then add shredded ginger and green onion, as well as table salt and chicken essence, mix well and marinate for half an hour. Prepare the Taihu water shield, rinse it several times with clean water, cut it into sections after cleaning, drain the water and set aside.

3. After washing the prepared rice, put it into a pot, add water and cook it into porridge. When it is 80% cooked, put the marinated fish bones into the porridge and cook together. After boiling, add the prepared water shield. When you smell the rich aroma, add chicken essence, table salt and a small amount of sesame oil for seasoning. After mixing well, take it out and eat.
