Pan-fried Thousand-sheet Tofu

1. Rinse the thousand-layer tofu with water and cut into thick slices.

2.1 Put salt, pepper powder, chopped green onion and cooking wine on the tofu.

3.2 Chop the green onion into fine pieces.

4.1 Pour oil into the frying pan and shake the pan to spread the oil evenly on the bottom of the pan.

5.2 Mix well so that both sides of the tofu are coated with seasoning and let it sit for 20 minutes.

6. When the oil temperature rises, add the tofu slices and fry over low heat.

7. Dip the brush in some oil and brush the upward side to evenly coat it with oil.

8. Fry until the bottom is golden brown, the tofu is puffy and thick, and the edges are curled up, then turn it over and fry until both sides are golden brown before serving.
