How to make spicy radish and pork

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. Wash the white radish and carrots, and cut them into dice.

3. Wash the pork and cut into small pieces.

4. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, cooking wine and starch to the chopped pork and marinate for 20 minutes.

5. Heat the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, and add the scallion and ginger to stir-fry.

6. Pour the marinated pork into the pan and stir-fry quickly.

7. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the pork turns white and hard.

8. Pour in the white radish pieces, stir-fry for a while, and add appropriate amount of salt.

9. Pour in half a bowl of water (not too much water, not enough to cover the ingredients, because the radish contains some water). Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

10. When the radish becomes soft and the soup is almost done, pour in the carrots and stir-fry.

11. After the carrots become soft, add a spoonful of sugar, mix well, then turn off the heat and serve.
