How to make yogurt cupcakes

10. Beat until the egg whites foam into small peaks when you lift the whisk.

11. There will be obvious whipping circles in the middle, and the pulled part will be pointed.

12. Take one third of the egg white paste and add it to the egg yolk paste, then mix the two pastes evenly using a cutting and stirring technique. (Preheat the oven and arrange the paper cups before mixing.)

13. Do not stir in circles as this will cause the bubbles to disappear.

14. Pour the evenly mixed paste into the remaining egg white paste

15. Mix evenly using the cutting and mixing method.

16. This step should be done quickly to avoid defoaming.

17. Paper cups prepared in advance.

18. Pour in the mixed paste, filling it 80%.

19. Oven middle layer, 170 degrees, 30 minutes

20. Baked!
