13. Use a knife to take out several balls of dried persimmon and color them separately. Add the color depth according to your preference. I used Deber brand dried persimmon, white oil and pigment.

14. Roll into dough and set aside.

15. Use fondant molds to press out various shapes of sugar flowers on dough of different colors.

16. To make the flower more three-dimensional, press a few sugar beads in the middle. To prevent the prepared sugar flowers from drying out and cracking, place them in a sealed fresh-keeping box lined with tissue paper.

17. Roll the remaining pink dough into long strips, then use a rolling pin to press it into bunny ears for later use.

18. Take an appropriate amount of white dry paste, add white oil and knead it for later use.

19. Roll into thin dough.

20. Use the bunny stainless steel mold to press out the pattern on it.

21. Take out a piece of biscuit base, use a brush to evenly apply cold boiled water on the back of the white dough, cover it on a biscuit base of the same size, and press lightly with your hands to facilitate sticking.

22. Use a brush dipped in water to stick the ears and red face on in turn. Make sure to leave space for the eyes when sticking the red face on.

23. Use a food marker to draw the eyes.

24. Finally, decorate the ears with small flowers and a super cute little bunny is ready! To prevent the fondant from drying out and cracking, put it into a fresh-keeping box or biscuit bag quickly.
