1. Take the steak out of the refrigerator one hour in advance and return it to room temperature. After one hour, use kitchen paper to absorb as much moisture as possible from the surface, apply coarse salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic, and drizzle with olive oil. Turn the steak over and repeat the same operation once more. No need to marinate, just leave it for 5-10 minutes

5. Let the steak rest for 2-3 minutes to allow it to absorb the juices again. Otherwise, the juices will overflow when you cut it, and the meat will taste dry.

6. While waiting, lightly rub the steak with garlic slices.
