How to make milky ham sausage rolls

1. Put the milk in a bowl and put it in the microwave on medium heat for 5 seconds. Pour the yeast powder into the milk and dissolve it. Take a large bowl, pour the flour in, pour the yeast water on the flour, and then stir evenly with chopsticks. Knead the mixed flour into a smooth and non-sticky dough, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and let it ferment until it doubles its original volume.

2.1 Cut the ham into two halves.

3.2 Sprinkle a little dry flour on the risen dough, knead it into a non-sticky dough again, divide it into small portions, take one of them and roll it into a long strip.

4. Wrap the long dough around the ham.

5. One is tied up.

6. Put wet gauze on the steamer and place the prepared ham sausage rolls on it, leaving some space. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before putting it into the pot to steam. After boiling the water over high heat, put the raw dough into the pot and steam it for 13-15 minutes.
