Babies gradually transition to childhood after 8 months. Nutrition at this time is very important. If it does not keep up, it will affect their adult height. In addition, in terms of movement, 8-month-old babies can generally crawl and change directions freely during crawling. An 8-month-old baby feels shy and is afraid of being separated from his parents, especially his mother. This is a manifestation of the child's normal psychology, indicating that the child can accurately and keenly distinguish between relatives, acquaintances, and strangers.

Tomato juice: Put ripe tomatoes into boiling water, take them out, peel them, put them in a cup (bowl), crush the tomatoes with a spoon to get the juice.

Chopped vegetables: Wash the vegetables (leafy vegetables, melons, beans, etc.), cut them into fine pieces, and put them into porridge or noodles and cook.

Banana (apple) puree: Wash and peel the banana (apple) (cut and core it), use a spoon to gently scrape it into a puree, and feed it to the baby while scraping.

Egg yolk: Put fresh eggs in cold water, boil for 10 minutes, cut them, scrape out the yolk with a spoon, crush them and put them into baby food.

Egg drop soup: break the eggs and mash them evenly. Slowly pour the mixture into the boiling porridge, rice soup or vegetable soup, stirring while cooking until cooked.

Pork liver puree: Wash the liver, cut it horizontally, remove the fascia and fat, place it on a chopping board, and chop it into puree with a knife. Then put the liver puree into a bowl, add sesame oil, soy sauce and salt, mix well, and steam it in a steamer for 20-30 minutes. It can be used as a dish or mixed into baby food.

Minced fish: Wash, steam, peel, debone and crush the fresh fish. Add appropriate amount of ginger, onion and salt. It can be used as a dish or added to baby food (such as porridge, soft rice, etc.).
