18. Use your hands to crush the fermented bean curd and mix it with other ingredients.

19. Place lotus leaves in the bamboo basket first, then add the steamed meat with vegetarian flour

20. Place the bamboo steamer in the steamer, cover and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.
