1.1 Pour the sifted flour in at once and stir quickly.

5. Put the batter into a piping bag and use a piping nozzle to squeeze it onto the baking tray. There should be some space between the puffs when arranging them because the puffs will expand.

6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake with upper and lower fire for 25-30 minutes, until the surface is colored and puffed and straight, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.

7. Leave to cool completely after removing from oven.

8. Refrigerate the whipped cream for more than 12 hours, take it out, shake it well and pour it into a water-free and oil-free container, add 15 grams of sugar and beat at medium speed until 80-90% fluffy.

9. Cut the puff horizontally, squeeze in an appropriate amount of cream, and add the chopped fruit.
