8. Place on a baking tray, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle 5 grams of vanilla sugar and a little chopped almonds on the prune pulp.

9. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, on the middle layer, for about 35 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
