How to cook roast pork

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Scrape the pork neck clean with a knife, wash it, and then make cuts on the skin at 0.5cm intervals, or in a 1x1cm grid, making sure the cuts only reach the meat layer.

3.21 Take a high-temperature resistant porcelain bowl or baking tray that is slightly larger than the pork, pour in 0.5 liters of water, put the pork skin side up in the porcelain bowl or baking tray, put it into the oven, then set the temperature to 170-175 degrees Celsius and bake for 2-2.5 hours. (If your oven is not very big, please be careful not to put the pig skin too close to the fire to avoid burning.) If there is a temperature probe, it is done when the center temperature reaches 70-75 degrees. If you don't have a thermometer, pierce the meat with a knife and it's done when only a small amount of clear juice comes out.

6. Roasted Pork and Purple Cabbage Cut the purple cabbage into 0.5x5cm strips and set aside. Heat a pan, add butter and melt it, add chopped purple cabbage, stir-fry over medium heat until it becomes slightly softened, then add vinegar and sliced ​​oranges, honey and salt. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the purple cabbage is completely softened.

Roast pork is not complicated to make, and I believe you will think so after reading the above carefully. Of course, if you want to taste your own craftsmanship, then please give it a try. Maybe you will feel a little "sour" the first time, but you will still taste a different kind of "sweetness".
