11. Put cold water in the pot without preheating, put the steaming rack and the prepared tapioca balls in, cover with lid and steam for about 10 minutes.

12. The finished tapioca balls are fragrant, glutinous and soft when eaten now. If they become hard after being stored for a long time, you can steam them again to make them soft again. If you can’t finish it within one day, seal it and put it in the refrigerator.
