Learn to cook pancakes

Pancakes are a staple food we usually eat, especially in Shandong area, where pancakes are a favorite food of local people. Its main raw materials are flour, grains and eggs, and appropriate amount of vegetables. It is also called Chinese hot dog in China. The method of making pancakes is relatively simple, mainly focusing on the preparation of flour. If it is well prepared, it tastes very delicious and is welcomed by many people.

Learn to cook pancakes

The raw materials are pancakes (preferably made in a small griddle) and various vegetables (cabbage, spinach, carrots, radish, pumpkin, tofu, potatoes, vermicelli, shepherd's purse, etc.). In short, put in your favorite vegetables. You can also put in eggs and ham to make it more delicious. Highlight the "nutrition, health care and diet therapy" functions of traditional snacks.

Preparation method : Prepare tools: pancake stove, griddle, batter bucket, scraper/blade, shovel, brush, oil scraper, vegetable pancake plate or cardboard, toilet paper, tricycle, small stool. Prepare ingredients: flour, grains, water (or ready-made pancake skin), eggs, ham, tofu, vermicelli, various seasonal vegetables, noodles, and oil. 1. Put your favorite dishes into a mixing bowl or water spoon, add cooking oil (don’t be too picky, too much will taste better), MSG, salt, cumin and other seasonings, and stir evenly. 2. Sprinkle the eggs evenly on the griddle to form a circle slightly smaller than the pancake. Place the pancake on the eggs so that the eggs stick to the pancake.

3. Place the pancake on the griddle with the egg side facing up, pour the prepared vegetable onto the pancake and fry it. After a while, place another pancake on top and fry it over again. Fry until the oil turns golden brown. The vegetable pancake is made by sandwiching the vegetable between two pre-fried thin pancakes and slowly heating it in the pan. According to the customer's request, you can add eggs, ham, fried dough sticks or anything else you want. Each dish is placed in a small bowl. Add oil, chili, pepper, cumin, mix well, pour on the pancakes, and bake on the col. Vegetable pancakes are made from white flour pancakes with vegetable fillings. Rectangular, golden in color, rich in fat but not greasy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with fresh and fragrant filling. 4. After it is done, you can fold the two sides towards the middle to form a rectangle, which is convenient for holding and eating. If it is not convenient, you can split it into two. Note: Vegetable pancakes are best eaten on the spot while hot; they will lose their original flavor if carried around.
